- About Us
Built on iCloudEMS. Serving higher education since 2017.
Zivalo is not starting from zero. It is the next chapter of iCloudEMS, a platform universities and colleges have used to run academics, admissions, examinations and accreditation since 2017.
From iCloudEMS to Zivalo
- 2017
iCloudEMS is founded in Pune to build technology for higher education.
- Today
iCloudEMS's academic and administrative capabilities form Zivalo Core. Zivalo extends that foundation with institutional intelligence and AI-assisted workflows. Existing iCloudEMS relationships are moving to the Zivalo brand over time.
Focused on higher education
Private, deemed and state universities, autonomous colleges and multi-campus groups in India and the UAE, including Galgotias University, Manav Rachna International University and Sharda University.

Our principles
- Connected
Systems talk to each other instead of sitting in silos.
- Traceable
Every answer shows the evidence behind it.
- Assistive
AI works with institutional roles, not instead of them.
- Governed
People retain approval, judgement and accountability.
- Honest about availability
We never present planned capabilities as available ones.
